Course Goal
This course will introduce the student to advanced concepts and methods of fire pump operation.Course Description
This course is designed to instruct the student in advanced techniques of operating pumps. Topics covered include friction loss, relay pumping, master streams, elevated master streams.Prerequisites
- Pump Operations I (PUOP)
Minimum Age Requirement
16 years as of first day of class.Special Conditions
Agencies sending students to this program will be asked to provide pumping apparatus to conduct practical exercises.Student Equipment / Supply Needs

- Helmet, gloves, turnout coat, turnout pants, boots, protective hood, and protective eyewear (safety glasses or goggles)
