Emphasis is placed on getting water to the pump\, getting water from the pump for hose streams\, and prevention of common mistakes in pump operations. \nPrerequisites\n\nEssentials of Fire Fighting (EBM)  (Copies of pre-requisite certificates must be sent in with registration.)\n\nSpecial Conditions\nAgencies sending students to this program will be asked to provide pumping apparatus to conduct practical exercises. \nStudent Equipment / Supply Needs\n\nPen/Pencil\nNotebook\nHelmet\, gloves\, turnout coat\, turnout pants\, boots\, protective hood\, and protective eyewear (safety glasses or goggles)
